Another successful delivery. A bit unfortunate that this order ran into a small problem as was ordered 2 weeks in advance. However, issue not the fault of UFL but of the quality of flowers the florist received (& my naivete on availability of seasonal flowers). close to the delivery date, the florist and customer service team quickly notified and provided a solution. I was very happy with the resulting floral arrangement. One small suggestion is to put in description for seasonally available flowers, the months the flower is available. Maybe a chart on the website of seasonal availability of various flowers UFL makes floral arrangements.
