You provide good service. Thank you. However, there are two things that might need some improvement, in my opinion. Firtst of all, it would be great if a courier or an employee who makes a phone call to the recepient introduced the company and service as a reason of the phone call. Just a standard line for all the orders. It sounds intimidating when an unknown person askes you even politely to comfirm your identity and your location :)Second, the teddy bear in my order was different from the one in the display sample. No biggie, but would be nice to be aware of that possibility. Overroll, I am very satusfied with the experience. :)
