I forgot to send a card last time and contacted yourselves on skype and was told this could not be rectified! I was not impressed! I use another company where I can change my order by adding or subtracting from it 12 hours after initial order made! I think this can added in relation to the card written or unwritten! As for flowers it could be different!! apart from that good service!

Really disappointed with the service!!!! A gorgeous bouquet was delivered to my wife and the courier did a mess as he might god confused. Now the courier is ashaming her in front of all guests asking the bouquet back. What the heck is this?? Really dissapointed and we’ve asked for get it back. I ordered several times with ua flowers and this time... really put me into trouble. Will not Pay nothing extra, that’s for sure and I hope you have the decence to don’t even ask. Hope you speak with courier as soon as possible and clarify details.
