I was disappointed with the appearance of the bouquet. The arrangement in the picture showed lots of greenery, the plastic hearts were spread throughout the bouquet, and the roses were spread out evenly. What she received was a bunch of roses packed together with little greenery along the outside only and a few paper cut out hearts along the edges. I have used this site other times with great satisfaction, but this bouquet looked cheap and put together with little effort!

I requested photos and after paying $150 for flowers I would imagine at minimum to have photos taken of delivery. What do I get? An excuse that photos are not taken during holidays!!! I will never use this service again!

Super friendly website and easy to get a hold of via email with quick responses. I needed to make the delivery a day earlier then originally ordered and they were able to make the change and get everything delivered on time. Great customer service. Look forward to using their services again.

Very disappointing. I messaged UFL in the morning they flowers were to be delivered and they assured me that they would be delivered by 6pm that day. At 5pm I messaged them again because they still had not been delivered, and again I was assured that they would be delivered. It is now 10:30pm nothing, so I called and canceled. Its not much fun when your gf is waiting all day on valentines day for flowers that never showed up. Seeing everyone around you get flowers and their heart sinks each hour that they didn't come. When you have a gf in another country, you count on services like this to deliver on their guarantees, but no matter much you check and double check they failed to deliver. I will be looking for other flower companies in the future.
