Roses could be more fresh! they are almost at the end of their lifecycle....

We are sure about that as we receive fresh supply of roses each day. Roses Gran Prix were delivered. The variety of roses is with open bud. May be that`s why recipient thought that they were not fresh. We will send you all possible photos of your bouquet and roses to your email.

Excellent overall. But your site showed there would be photo delivery with the order. And there was not. I found out afterwards there is an additional charge for photo delivery. This needs to be clear upfront. Had I known, I would have paid the small fee for photo delivery. The flowers are beautiful and fresh. The delivery was on time. Payment was simple. Please correct your site information for the photo delivery service.
