    I am very happy with everything! The online person, Alexandra, was very helpful and quick to help me in choosing what I wanted to send. Everything was amazing, the bouquet was delivered within 3 hours. The only negative point is that the bouquet was different than in the photo (roses and another flower species were supposed to be orange, but they arrived in yellow and red). I was warned that green flowers weren't available and that they would be replaced by other green flowers, but I was not notified about the orange flowers missing. the bouquet looked noticeably different... The florist did however add a few branches of wheat free of charge which was a nice touch. All in all, I will be using your services again, I am very happy with my order and the delivery. Thanks!

    Manager response:  Hello, Mijana. Thank you for your order and feedback. We`ve checked delivered bouquet and image of bouquet. The consist of flowers we correct and florist used just little different color tone of flowers. There were two colored roses red-yellow and florist has used red roses and gerberas seemed totally yellow on our image for the florist. Sometimes it is little hard to do the exactly same color tone of flowers for florist and we usually try to agree substitution with client. But any case please make a note in your future order "please do as on the picture".And also we always are online in our chat to recheck all details.Thank you once more.
