    This was an extremely difficult order to complete. It took several days because you thought the order was going to be delivered in Kiev but it wasn't. So, it took two Paypal payments and several days to be delivered.

    I was advised they could not create the order I had wanted but was told they could send tropical flowers, which was what I was trying to get. Instead roses were delivered with no vase! I've ordered and received plenty of flowers before but never with no vase. When I asked if I could get ahold of florist to correct I was denied their number! Terrible! These were needed for an event, will never use this company again
