    Delivery should be done earlier. The specific item purchased was not available. Did not even managed to offer some courtesy out of those inconveniences. Would not recommend your shop to anyone.

Unfortunately you have placed order for Sunday delivery although there is a note in our delivery rules that delivery on Sunday is not possible. So we have agreed with you delivery for Monday. The next reason order wasn`t delivered on Monday was that recipient didn`t pick up phone all the day and had answered just in the evening so florist had agreed delivery for next day. Also order was to Saudi Arabia wich is difficult area, that`s why we agreed with you possibility of substitution.
