    It was delay in delivering flowers until I connected to the manager and asked them to find out what is going on.Nobody didn't send me a schedule change .After that a received an e-mail with a time change confirmation.Thanks for the manager's help!(Lydmila,Volskaya Marina)

A "GIANT THANK YOU" to employees Anastasia and Luidmila for making so sure everything on my order was made and delivered perfectly. Both Anastasia and Luidmila are nothing less than excellent and cared for every last detail... everything i asked for was answered with a "yes...sure we can" from a personalized card to their suggestions for the delicious cake filling .
