But after our conversation you have confirmed to deliver order to the given address. Also we`ve informed you that if recipient won`t be at home, order will be left at the door. You have confirmed us to deliver this way. So now we are realy surprised that you have complaint to us as we`ve agreed delivery without previous phone call with you personaly and have sent you photo of recipient`s door where bouquet was left. We are sorry, that you have stayed not satisfied with our service.

    Thanks for everything... The order was perfect... It was sadly delivered one day late because the lady decided for a few days to live in a friend's apartment at another address... It's not the fault of florist... we just didn't know... Other than that, fantastic work guys... I am impressed... You will see me back... Jean

    You have a great business, thank you so much for delivering my fiancé her valentine gifts, she was very very happy! Just some recommendations, since you ask? Suggestions: on the website: 1)The ability to make order modifications rather than cancel the order and start a new order.. 2) also, cakes, although displayed, we're not available to order. Or, at least, I tried many times and could not find them. 3) Maybe better website design so that you can find things in order things quickly rather than click on something and the same duplicate page is viewed instead of the item that you clicked. 4) very much appreciated the express service and VIP service that you offer, great ideas! No improvement there, excellent service! 5) can you look on flowers.UA website and see the gigantic Rose flowers that they have available to order! These roses are amazing, can you please have these as selections for your customers as well?

    No more orders for this pathetic company. Flowers ordered for Valentines day are delivered after Valentines day and are pathetic to look at. They were probably fresh a week back.

    Very disappointed with their service and I will not recommend anyone using them. Flowers ordered for valentine arrive 2 days LATE and are pathetic to look at. Shame on their staff for being so unprofessional.
