Well, the last two orders I made I had problems with the website. I put all the details of the recipient and wrote a card message but after I had paid and submitted the ordered, I received an email asking me to email those details again. Maybe you can look at that to see why it happens, it delays the delivery of the order for me mainly because I check my emails very frequently.
