We testing now Your problem with IT manager, but most of all this problem create, when in a moment of ordering
Yo can click \"back\" button in browser, cause all info is saved only when You click \"next step\" till to finish the order, without cliking \"back\".
Also we have sent an email to You and have trying called to You, to clarify all info. So You are have clarify all info with manager, by chat on our site, where You are specified most important info for making delivery, with out specifying card and time. Date of delivery, doesn`t save as all other info, so was saved info that automatically gave by our system, its current date. As we have sought that Your order is nondelivery, we have try to deliver as soon as possible.
Anyway, we think that we have managed to negotiate and we have able to satisfy Your questions and resolve the whole situation by best way. I hope that in the future this situation will not happen again.
