I filled all details while I'm placing my order. Next day I learnt you don't have any details, and you didn't/couldn't deliver that. What's emailing? Ofcourse your email is at spam box. Why don't you call directly? I learned this disgusting situation by coincidence. It wasn't my first order with you, 4th or 5th. But this one was really really poor service! I'm not near to satisfy. You made me unhappy.

When i made the Order, I put the flag for "free picture", however, when i ask where is the picture, the person in chat, tell me that I had not requested.

If possible offer a few more choices for the color yellow. Compared to red, white and pink the selection is small. Also maybe add at least one offer for purple or remove the color from the search engine.
