This time ua-flowers services were very disappointing and even frustrating. The order was intended to be delivered on March 7th in the evening, but instead it was delivered on March 8th at 10 pm at night. Instead of a nice surprise it was a painful long wait and dozens of emails and calls with no response. Fruits in the basket didn’t match the description- instead of a pomegranate it had a banana. We’ve got chocolates as a compensation, but the surprise and mood of the day were spoiled.
