    I would have put zero if I could - the flowers weren't delivered on time and your call canter is hopeless. If you are unable to fulfill the order , just don't take it !!!

    On your site, you have a link, "Bonuses policy." If you click on that link, you get a page that says "UFL bonuses politics". Wrong word! Not "politics." It should be POLICY. / Then, on that page, the instructions are, "Bonuses will be storing on your bonus account after each buying. To use them when ordering, put a checkmark "Personal account for paying" on the page «Basket»." The instructions are wrong! I cannot find a "Basket" page. I put a checkmark in a little box on the left side of the "Order" page, the second step. (The first step is signing in with e-mail address and password. The third step is paying for the order.)
