    I was unsure how the experience would be as I am based in the UK and have never used a Ukrainian company to send flowers before, but everything from the service to the quality of flowers and value for money was exceptional. I will use this company every time I wish to send flowers within the Ukraine and fully recommend the company and whichever local florist they used. Thank you for doing such an excellent job!

    I don't whant to change of a new company, but my deliveries should be on the destination town and address in right time and a right price and a right day. Not in 2-3 days later. And if your live help to tell me that make a order and pay that, and the delivery included to the price. But what happening to me, i make an order and pay that as well, but i have to pay a double freight , because u carged of me only a flowers, ewen i ask what to do. And my the first order were wery success and no broblem at all, and my second order were late of my lady on Zdolbyniv, ewen i make that the second ones as the same way as than the first ones. So , i do need of your services and your flowers later for sure, but what can we do about that the same "delivery " NOT come to me again? I mean i also understand that nothing cant delivered without a freight, but reasonable price is ok by me. But if the delivery cost 12$, then put it to the your internet pages and this kind of confused nit happening again, please.

As we have checked situation, your order was not delivered in time because florist can`t reach recipient by phone number to agree delivery. Unfortunately florist doesn`t deliver orders to another cities and towns without previous agreement by phone as that was Zdolbyniv. But finally order was delivered 11-03-2018 when you have given us alternative phone number and florist has agreed and delivered order correctly. Please note your order will be delivered intime if phone number of recipient is correct and it is possible to agree delivery by it.
