    Have used this company many times never a problem until this order. Was delivered a day late and when I tried to find out why, all I got was the runaround. Not very professional.

It wasn`t possible as that was holiday and we couldn`t guarantee exact time. But we tried to do our best to deliver your order We hope for your understanding as those days were very busy.

    Flowers were delivered late, on the day AFTER Woman's Day. A box of chocolates as an apology really does not cut it.

    My order was delivered on time. There was a minor issue but it was taken care of quickly. The lady who received the flowers said they were fresh and in perfect condition. She was very happy and that made my happy.
