I have to say that I am disappointed with your service, I have tried 2 ways communication (email) so that you realize your mistake, that there is no re-confirmation to me as customer for the delivery location, but all I got is just excuses.
I placed the order February 13, still have a time to re-confirm with me if the order will be delivered on February 14, you can tell me as well if I need to pay delivery cost and adjust the order.
You are all not imagine how big the surprise you will deliver to the girl recipient and she must take it herself..very unethical and your service is not professional at all.
