Для меня была заказана доставка большого медведя, букета в 23розы и торт... Заказчик Не знал точный адрес, указал, Что Киев. Когда мне позвонили из офиса я сказала свой адрес, который по факту в г. Буча, Что в 30км От Киева. Я согласилась принять эту доставку в Киеве, так как ехала по делам туда и На вопрос легкий ли подарок, мне дали четко понять, Что Да. Разочарование и растерянность получилось вместо сюрприза. Вы были обязаны переспорить у заказчика и сделать доставку в Бучу, так как размер "сюрприза" девушка сама Не может утащить. В итоге одни оправдания отправили заказчику, мол не знали, Что будет мне тяжело это тащить, хотя я спросила о легкости "подарка". Меньше оправданий, ребята, работайте блядь лучше, такие сюрпризы нахуй Не надо. Лучше бы мне сказали и я бы за доставку заплатила, раз вы Не шарике как делать "доставку " сюрпризов.

I wish that the person that delivers the floral arrangements would include a photograph of the exchange. Being thousands of miles from my girlfriend in the Ukraine, I would like to see her expression when the flowers are delivered.

First of all my order was for Valentine's Day, not for today. There is meaning to send the delivery today. When I complained about the situation all your excuses were 'We didn't reach the recepient' nothing more( although your dialling system was not able to work). I asked for my girl friend to call you to get deliver from you. Can you imagine this? I wanted to make a surprise to my girlfriend on Valentine's Day, I had to say her that pls call them to get your flowers because I couldn't contact any of you from abroad to handle and solve my problem..I am deeply regret of using your website! And as I will order no more flowers via you, I will not suggest any of my friends and will write on every related website I can. In short, you screwed every of my plans!.
