I was a bit frustrated because I was asked several times for the surname and phone number to the recipient, and every time I answered that I do not have it!! I sent a photo, and asked them to leave the flowers at the emergency room in Tropin hospital, and hopefully it would come to the person I wanted, and if it doesn´t then somebody will enjoy the roses.
I understand that you want a personal delivery, but in this situation I just wanted you to ask the people in emergency to give the flowers to the doktor, and if they did not find her, well then they had a nice bunch of roses to enjoy. This is what I asked for, and what I said, but it took a lot of talking before it was done, but in the end I got it the way I wanted!! So, after all, I´m happy!! But please listen to the customer a bit more, when it is like in this case
