    well i can say it in one word BAD! i ordered from them (not the first time)in the morning , and the delivery time was 12:00-17:00 , and there was no delivery. so i tried to contact them through live chat at 17:40 . the girl i was talking with did not try to help me but to blow me away , after and hour she told me that she doesn't know where my delivery is , i was angry and told her to send the flowers and call the flower shop and only in 22:00 my wife got the flowers. i do not recommend the store at all .

    bouquet was not exactly similar to the picture shown but it was really good, thanx for delivering with perfection. however you did not delivered the message that i sent. if i ignore that , then your service is worth using again and again. i would definitely come back and use your service again

    The bouquet was delievery more than 4 hours late on Valentine's day forcing my wife to wait at home for the courier and finally ruining the surprise I wanted for her. Very bad service.
