    Great service, quick customer response on Live Help by Tatiana. Flowers were delivered on time and fresh. Gifts were delivered well too. The only reason I have 4 stars on Site usability because I wanted to pay with PayPal but that didnt work. If UFL and PayPal can work this out then its a full 5-star for site usability too. Thanks and will use again.
