The product was delivered and the receiver was happy with the quality of the bouquet and the quality. The handling of the order though was poor. There was no email confirmation after the placement of the order and the people who order do not have any idea if the order is received if it is processed etc. a

I've used UFL several times now, communicating in English from the US, and they've been excellent. Always a great job. Steven

The service is horrible. Never ever again! Would not recommend to no one. Bouquet wasn't delivered on a day it's supposed to. They said: "Oh we are sorry, it just happened." WTF!!!! It's a courier service and obviously they didn't do their job. Flowers got delivered a day later after I made at least 5 calls, and even then on a second day they gave me a hard time. They can communicate well till u made an order and after they don't give a fuck. And about flowers, I think it's either their service that provide a poor quality or it were made on purpose after me yelling on a phone that they ruined a holiday by not delivering it on time. The flowers, tulips were at least one week old..... Come on! I've asked them to make sure that bouquet made of 100% fresh flowers. It's tulips and their leaves gonna fall off in a few days bc they aren't fresh cut. I would not reccomend their service, please don't ruin surprises to your loved ones by ordering flowers from them. The service is awful.
