I did have trouble with the billing system. I received a confirmation but it didn't go through to complete the order. Then I had trouble getting it corrected but did in time to complete the order. It was good that I placed the order several days early otherwise it would not have made it on time. Everything else was great. Thank you!

I am very disappointed with the service level of this company. I had placed an order for flowers to be delivered on the 8th of March. Till now there has been no delivery and no information either. My earlier order for Valentines day was delivered 3 days late and the flowers were not fresh either. My suggestion to the manager is perhaps they start selling tomatoes and potatoes instead of flowers as any delay in delivery would not be a big deal.
