    Very disappointed with the quality of the service this time Totally unexpected as a regular customer who trusts this website first of all, it did not arrive in a vase second of all completely different flowers .....not even in paper and above everything, even the message i wrote was not sent this is beyond bad and if i had negative rating i would give why send tulips when i request something else and not even tell me about it.. i dont know how to even trust you agaiin
